Alex Carroll has 17+ years of experience in Business Operations & Information Technology Implementation & Deployment.  In this 17+ years Mr. Carroll has helped to develop and master the business pace of today’s technology startups.  Alex comes from a very successful tenure with Lifeline Communications, where he is Owner, and a Principle Consultant interacting with Fortune 500 companies as customers. 

Mr. Carroll is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and considered one of the top Microsoft SQL database authorities in the Midwest due to his systematic approaches.  Mr. Carroll and his firm have established a solid history of large budget, technically innovative, and highly visible projects delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.  Mr. Carroll has acted over Deployment of a national extranet, overseeing the construction of MerchantWired’s Digital Nervous System and hardened co-location facility, implementing the business and technical strategy of it’s ASP product offerings including the startup of a financial transaction authorization solution.

Along with solid successes Mr. Carroll has very strong leadership qualities that span from the assistance staff to the most senior level management.  Being able to motivate and lead diverse teams of people through even the most strenuous and stressful times.  This is accomplished by hiring the right people first and fast.  Also, along with good hiring skills, the ability to take the company vision, translate it into tactical and strategic plans and then communicate this to non-technical people shows Alex’s great strength in leadership.

As co-owner of Lifeline Data Centers, Mr. Carroll has worked to create Indiana's largest colocation company from its inception.

Most recently Mr. Carroll has received the Indianapolis Business Journal's "40 Under 40" award and became a licensed Master Electrician.
