As a consultant I was primarily charged to designed,
procure and implement the physical e-commerce infrastructure. My secondary charges were to monitor creation of use case
scenarios and work as an application engineer making sure that the
development practices adhered to a standard that would withstand an
“always up” business requirement.
In this engagement I was responsible for about $4 million in
expenditures.
In order to accomplish these task I hired and fired
technical team members in order to build a dynamic, fast paced group able
to successfully work in a high stress dot com environment.
Another
notable project that I identified and developed was the companies Intranet
used for workflow and business rule automation.
